INTO THE HOME

I breathe the night in.
Trying to keep its coolness inside.

Tomorrow the Egyptian sun will burn my heart,
One more time.
Raising its storms,
Yet calming its deepest mines.

Home is not your choice,
Your heart will choose it, when it likes.

That place where everything,
even rocks, talk to you, to make you smile.

Where the earth raises its dust to hug you,
You cough,
Yet somehow you feel the love.
